Occupational Health Physician

We’re seeking a talented Consultant Occupational Health Physician to join a forward-thinking Wellbeing Team on a part-time basis. 📌Location: South Yorkshire (Hybrid – mix of remote and on-site work)
⭐Salary: £177,411 pro rata 3 days per week 
📅Start Date: ASAP

As a key member of the Wellbeing Team, you will provide expert medical guidance, ensuring high standards of occupational health practice.

Your insights will support policy development, clinical governance, and the delivery of top-tier health assessments, making a real difference in the lives of employees.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the point of escalation for complex medical cases
  • Delivering medicals and assessments with professionalism and care
  • Supporting and advising on policy changes to enhance wellbeing initiatives
  • Overseeing clinical standards and ensuring robust clinical governance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Occupational Health Physician with relevant experience
  • Strong clinical expertise and a passion for employee wellbeing
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic medical advice
